M05-R

• Three-way adjustable, hydraulic mono-tube damper with seperate pressurised expansion tank. Only Nitrogen gas (N2) is used.
• Damper heads and all mobile and fixed parts are machined from Ergal 7075 billet and are surface-treated by anodic oxidation.
• The cylinders, also made from Ergal 7075 light alloy, are sublected to hard anodic oxidation(hard-coating).
• The piston rod, made from alloy steel and faced with hard chrome, is subjected to a PVD TIN coating treatment for version M05 and a DLC coating treatment for version M05 "R"
• The lower joint may either be rose jointed or forked.
• The spring is preloaded bya self-locking ring nut (for vesion M05) or by a traditional nut and locknut assembly (for version M05 "R"))
• Damper adjustment by three distinct and independant adjustment units:
1. Extension adjustment unit
2. Compression adjustment unit for high speed applications
3. Compression adjustment unit for low speed applications
• Adjustable wheelbase
• The suspension system relies on custom-made springs calibrated differently.
