Payment Terms:

All prices quoted are in UK Pounds and include UK VAT, for NON European customers please deduct 15% from the total price

Payment Options:

We accept Paypal, Nochex, Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Transfer and all major credit/debit cards in UK Pounds only, (Your card issuer will convert payments into your local currency) Paypal also accept credit/debit card payments without having an account.

Postage Costs:

Range from £3.50 - £13.00 depending on product/products purchased

Order Processing:

Most orders will be processed within 24hrs, however some orders can take upto 5 working days

Shipping Details:

Delivery for orders within UK take 2 - 4 working days, Europe 4 - 7 days and 7 - 14 days for Rest of World

Export/Import:

Our prices do NOT include any import tax, you will have to pay this separately if necessary

Returns/Refunds:

All returned items must be in original, sealed, unused condition to obtain a full refund. If we are at fault then we will cover all costs involved, if you have made the error then a 25% surcharge will apply
